Printing time takes up to 1 week after you provide all personalization information and approving a proof (if necessary). Proof approval is required on photo cards & invitations. Orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (3 business day shipping time).
** If shipping takes longer than the expected 3 business days, please understand that once we ship your order it is up to the USPS to deliver it in a timely manner. Delays are not typical, but they do sometimes happen. **
Photo Card Rush Orders
On each photo card ordering page there is an option to upgrade to rush processing/shipping. The fee for rushing your order is .25 per card with a minimum of 25 cards. Your photo cards with envelopes are shipped to you directly from our printer. With a photo card rush order your proof will be emailed within 1 business day. After approval It takes up to 48 hours for the printer to complete your order, then your order is shipped UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping takes up to 2 business days (No Saturday/Sunday/Holiday delivery). This upgrade is only available for orders shipped within the US.
Rush orders (for items other than photo cards) are welcome but please contact us in advance of placing your order with what you would like and when you need it by so we can provide you with shipping options and our next available shipment date.
Proofs are emailed within 2 business days of providing all of your personalization information.
**Proofs for photo card rush orders are emailed within 1 business day.
Proofs are only provided on invitations & photo cards. If you would like to receive a proof on an item other than photo cards & invitations, they are sent by request only. Proof approval is REQUIRED on photo cards and invitations.

We are open for orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! Hours
We are available by email Monday-Friday. We are closed on the weekends. Emails are answered in the order that they are received.
We are a family owned business. Our family is the reason for everything you see on this website. Please understand that we will be taking time throughout the year to spend with our family. You will still be able to place an order during these times. The only change is that proofing/processing will not begin until we return.
The RED highlighted areas are the dates that we will be away.
