We try to make the order process simple. Here is what happens with a typical order.
1. Place your order on our website or by email.
2. Within 1 business day you will receive an email confirmation. We will review your order, process your payment and request any additional information (if needed).
3. If your order requires a proof or a proof is requested, it will be emailed to the email address provided when your order was placed within 2 business days. If you order photo cards/invitations and place your order as a rush order your proof willl be provided within 1 business day. If you do not receive your proof please check your spam box or contact us.
**Proofs are sent on photo cards & invitations. All other items a proof must be requested.**
4. After we receive proof approval from you (if needed) your order will be processed and shipped within 1 week of proof approval. Photo card rush orders are shipped within 48 hours of approval.
